THE HIGH PROFILE SALINE IMPLANT ULTIMATE EXPERIENCE

High profile saline implants are excellent implants for women who are considering an augmentation mammoplasty procedure in order to gain fullness, volume, increased AP projection and reduce the lateral fullness or matronly appearance associated with low profile implants. The following examples are all women with high profile saline implants that in similar perspectives have increased AP fullness; however, under the muscle still have a nice slope in the upper pole. They also have excellent diameter without being too wide laterally. Notice the cleavage patterns are excellent as well and there is no visibility or rippling along the medial breast, especially in ectomorphic build patients.

I prefer the high profile saline implants to reduce visibility and rippling in ectomorphic thin women and by overfilling the bag by at least 10 to 15 percent. Saline implants, although may not be as soft as silicone, when placed subpectorally are extraordinarily natural and give a beautiful appearance with a tapered look without a significant amount of lateral fullness. They also are very useful for very petite women who have a very narrow frame and short inframammary fold.
