Revision After Breast Reconstruction Surgery

Dr. Linder was presented with a patient in his Beverly Hills office regarding having her breasts redone after breast cancer reconstruction. During the consultation, she explained that she was hoping to correct the asymmetry of her breasts and smooth out the dimples in her right breast. After listening to her goals and going over what was required to achieve this, we scheduled a surgery date.
During her breast revision surgery, Dr. Linder first removed the old implants, removed the scar tissue capsule, performed a slight breast reduction on the right breast, and replaced the old implants with 700cc gummy bear implants. During the surgery, he also performed liposuction on the abdomen and transferred some of the fat to her left breast to fill in the dimples.
It has been six weeks since her surgery, and Dr. Linder received a note and photos of her new look (she expressed in her note that I could share her experience).
“Thank you for making me whole again after 10 years. You are the best reconstructive surgeon. I have ever come across, and are family to me. You took all I’ve been through and changed my life for the best. You are an amazing man, held my hand through the surgery. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I wish I could say more! Thank you very, very much. You can share this if you’d like. I’m so proud of what you did for me and your passion for your work.”
