SRF Silicone Breast Augmentation

I was presented in my Beverly Hills practice a 25 year old patient with a slight tubular breast deformity. During the consultation she expressed to have a more fullness to her breast. After setting the exception we decided to go with 415 cc SRF silicone breast implants for the breast augmentation surgery.

The video below is a pre-op marking on the day of the surgery where Dr. Linder explains to the patient his approach to the augmentation surgery. The post-op photo to the left is 7 months and as you can see she has the fullness to her breast which was her goal prior to surgery.
