Real patients leaving honest reviews is the best way for prospective patients to know what they can look forward to with their own upcoming surgery.

Some of my patients have taken the time to write honest reviews about their encounters with me and my staff, and I am extremely grateful to them. Sometimes though, these reviews are filtered and do not get seen on the review websites, like Yelp. Yelp states that they use automated software to recommend reviews based on quality, reliability, and user activity. By doing this, the website only picks some reviews to share and not others. This is problematic as it does not allow for a full range of experiences and opinions to be shared. While my reviews are still visible, review sites like Yelp only show certain reviews that meet that specific review site’s standards. Because of this, I have included a photo of some of the valid reviews that have been hidden by Yelp, and I hope that these will be useful to my future patients during their selection process.
